CONCLUSION: In DDD-associated LBP, the use of arthrofoon is effective and safe in young patients with both the acute (in combination with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs as a short course) and chronic (requiring long-term anti-inflammatory therapy) types of the disease.
